Faber Rent a Car is registered and operates exclusively in Montenegro. This means our direct roadside assistance, replacement vehicle service, and on-the-ground support are available only within Montenegrin borders.

We'll handle the insurance side — all our vehicles carry valid Green Card insurance covering Serbia, Croatia, and Bosnia-Herzegovina. We'll send you the relevant documents immediately.

We advise on next steps — depending on the situation, we'll tell you exactly what to do so nothing is missed.

What is outside our control abroad

Important: We cannot physically send a replacement car or a Faber technician to another country. Towing, repair costs, and accommodation in a foreign country are the responsibility of the renter, per our rental agreement. Keep your travel insurance details handy — they often cover exactly these situations.

Stay safe first. Pull over, turn on hazard lights, place the warning triangle if available.

Document everything — take photos of the car, the damage, and your location.
